You can cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of despatch.
After we have despatched your order you can return any unused flags or bunting in their original packaging (within 14 days of receiving it from us) - either for an exchange to a different design, or for a full refund. We recommend you ask the post office for a proof of posting which they will give you free of charge.
We can't refund the delivery charges on any returned items unless they are faulty. |
